How to request an exchange or return

Send us a direct message on Instagram at @thefluxbasicwear. Please include your order number and tell us the item, colour, and size you would like to exchange or return.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the next steps.
